Discussion cards
Print out these discussion cards and use in workshops with young people.
The cards cover the main causes of death and injury on roads. Simply ask your workshop participants to divide into small groups and give one card to each group. Give them 10 minutes in their groups to chat through the issues on the card and come up with some conclusions and solutions to stop the carnage, which one member of each group then presents to everyone in the room.
This means that your audience is coming up with the solutions themselves, rather than being lectured.
